CONFIRMATIONS: A reservation is confirmed once you have received a written or telephone confirmation by the hotel and after we receive a down payment equal to 30% of the total to be paid for the whole stay. This can be done via postal money transfer, bank transfer, or by credit card.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: The day of your arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m. onwards. We invite you to organize your departure in such a way that you leave your room by 10 a.m.
